1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Kapidhwaj AI. By accessing our innovative platform or connecting any surveillance devices, you agree to comply with all applicable laws of Bharat.

2. Lawful Usage

You agree to use Kapidhwaj AI services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

Unauthorized surveillance of private spaces where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.
Interfering with the technical integrity of the Edge AI processing or IoT Gateway.
Using AI detection logs for illegal discrimination or harassment.

4. Limitation of Liability

Kapidhwaj AI provides an innovative platform utilizing AI, IoT, and cloud computing. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a security breach, equipment failure, or the inability of the AI to detect a specific threat.
